LockLizard operates an email support service. You receive 30 days of free support from the product purchase date.
Support for the rest of the year is available from $1495 and includes free product upgrades.
Support is only available to LockLizard's customers (publishers) and those evaluating our products. All support enquiries for publisher's customers must be made through the publisher. LockLizard does not directly support publisher's customers.

If you want to purchase support in future years then this is currently priced at $1495 and includes free product upgrades.
Support for ecommerce can be purchased for an additional $250 and support for command line can be purchased for an additional $200.
YEARLY HOSTING CHARGE
The hosting charge is payable yearly and is for hosting your administration system on LockLizard servers. It is not a support charge and does not include product support.
Yearly hosting is charged for all perpetual accounts, and for companies that have purchased subscription accounts that they no longer wish to renew but would like their data to remain on our servers.
PUBLISHERS LIMITED LICENSE AGREEMENT
Unless separately agreed in writing, this license agreement is in force for all publishers who accept it by making any use of the LockLizard products.
